[轉載]TOBY畫的 地震手冊簡易圖文版
台灣雖然位於地震帶，且從小就有防災演練，但令人訝異的是，對於地震避難的知識卻相當淺薄，這點政府主管當局實在責無旁貸，應該及早就防災觀念再加強教育宣導。防災應是因地制宜，畢竟每棟建築的設計與使用傢俱不同，避難原則只能提供參考，只有觀念正確才能提供最好的保命判斷。
TOBY依據網路追追追的資料按室內外的地震因應法去畫下來，希望這樣可以讓無心看一堆文字的各位，可以快速地透過漫畫來了解如何面對地震。若有錯誤的地方，也歡迎大家的指正。
