MSN Blog: Insert the HTML code

Notice: The following procedure is to be considered temporary because it uses beta options of spaces.msn.com.

After copying the ShinyStat HTML code, you need to insert it into your Blog following the procedure below:

• Access your own blog by selecting ‘Edit Your Space’
• In your browser Navigation Toolbar add to the url: &powertoy=sandbox

For example, the url:
http://spaces.msn.com/members/…/PersonalSpace.aspx?_c02_owner=1&_c=
becomes:
http://spaces.msn.com/members/…/PersonalSpace.aspx?_c02_owner=1&_c=&powertoy=sandbox

• Click on ‘Customize’ and select ‘Modules’
• Add the module ‘PowerToy: Custom HTML’ to the existing modules.
• In the top right corner, on a yellow background, click ‘Save’.

Then you will be shown the window: ‘Custom HTML’.

• Place the ShinyStat HTML code via the copy / paste command ([Ctrl-v] or right-click, Paste)
• Enter the module name in the ‘Module Name’ field (for example: Shinystat)
• To show a border, use the option ‘Show Border’
• Click on the Save button, available in the window.
